Chicken Alpine

Ingredients/Directions: 

  • 1 large can Fri-Chik (crumble & put in a little of the
    juice)

  • 1 Chopped onion (or as much as you like)

  • Chopped celery

  • 1 package seasoned croutons

  • 1/2 jar mayonnaise (can use less than 1/2 jar)

  • 1 cup swiss cheese

  • 2 cups mild cheddar cheese


*Bake on 350 for 1 hour.

Vegan Lasagne

Ingredients:

  • 1 package lasagne strips

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • salt (to taste)

  • 1 3/4 cups oil

  • 1tbsp paprika

  • 1cup water

  • 1 tbsp carraway seeds

  • 1package gimme lean sausage style

  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

  • 3 cups soy milk

Directions:

1. Boil lasagne strips al dente

2.Make cheese: In blender mix 3 cups milk, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, 1tbsp
paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder and salt to taste. Slowly pour in oil until cheese is thickened. (cheese will thicken more as is stands

3. Brown gimme lean in tsp oil

4. Layout lasagna strips to cover baking pan. Spread gimme lean over strips. Spread cheese then spaghetti sauce. Repeat until done.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
