Corn Casserole


Ingredients:

  • 2 Cans creamy corn

  • 2 Cans whole corn

  • 1 Can carnation milk

  • 1 Onion (chopped)

  • 1 Tomato

  • 1 Red pepper

  • 2 Tbsp butter

  • 1 Cup cornmeal

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/4 cup of butter

Directions: 

*Sauté Onion, Tomato and red pepper in butter Remove from heat. 

*Add all other ingredients mix well and pour into greased baking dish. 

*Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350° Until top is brown.
