Mexican recipe

Ladies, here is a Mexican recipe that I have enjoyed for many years.
No doubt some of you might have also enjoyed this. I have made it for
so many years that I do not have proportions but here goes:
Ingredients:
-
Stewed tomatoes,
-
corn meal,
-
chopped black olives,
-
chopped
onions,
-
other seasonings.
Directions:
*Braise chopped onions in a little oil (preferable virgin olive oil),
add corn meal, stewed tomatoes, chopped olives and other seasonings (Mrs
Dash has a variety of seasonings--try them). *The consistency of this
before baking is liquidly. If it is too soupy, however, it will take a
long time to set and bake. Pour into greased dish and cook at about
375F until firm. This is delicious.
